All products are sold exclusively for laboratory and scientific research purposes. They are not for human consumption, veterinary use, or any therapeutic application. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, you are a researcher or scientist purchasing for legitimate research purposes, and you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed via Telegram at time of order.
Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns once dispatched. Refunds are only issued for wrong items sent or products arriving visibly damaged. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
