We ship to all states in Malaysia — Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked outer packaging. Products requiring temperature-controlled storage are packed with appropriate insulation.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via Telegram or email. Track your parcel directly on the courier's website.
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order details and photos (if damaged). We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if confirmed.
