No. Our products are not intended for and must not be used for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, or any medical application. They are for laboratory research use only.
Yes. Every product comes with a third-party Certificate of Analysis verifying purity and compound identity. You can find the COA on each product page or request it via Telegram.
All compounds are ≥99% purity unless otherwise stated on the product page. Purity is independently verified per batch by HPLC analysis.
Ordering
Browse the product you need, then click the "Order via Telegram" button on the product page. Message us on Telegram the product name and quantity and we'll confirm pricing, availability, and shipping details.
We accept bank transfer (FPX) and online banking. Payment details will be confirmed via Telegram when you place your order.
Yes. If a product is out of stock, Message us on Telegram and we'll notify you when it's back in.
Shipping
Yes — we ship to all states in Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times.
Peninsular Malaysia: 2–3 business days. Sabah & Sarawak: 3–5 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns once dispatched. Refunds are only issued for wrong items sent or products arriving visibly damaged. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

No. Our products are not registered with NPRA as they are not intended for human use. They are sold strictly as research compounds for laboratory purposes only.
